From Points East (Middletown)

1. Take I-691 West to Exit # 3 (Ct-10, Milldale, Cheshire)
2. At the light at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Ct-10/ Highland Avenue
3. At second light (there is a My Eye Dr on the corner of this intersection), turn right onto West Johnson Avenue
4. Stay on this road for 1 mile going through one stop sign, 609 W. Johnson Ave. is on your left (at the maroon colored sign)
5. After pulling in, use the first parking lot on the left, if you do not need handicapped access, suite #104 

From Points Northeast (Hartford, West Hartford)

1. Take I-84 West to exit # 28 (Ct-322, Marion/Wolcott)
2. Turn right off the exit ramp onto CT-322/Meriden Waterbury Turnpike),
3. Continue on CT-322 for just .4 miles
4. Turn right onto Knotter Drive.
5. In .5 mile, at first stop sign turn left onto West Johnson Avenue
6. We are .1 miles down on the right (at the maroon colored sign)after pulling in, use the first parking lot on the left, if you do not need handicapped access, suite #104 

From Points West (Danbury, Southbury, Middlebury, Waterbury)

1. Take I-84 East to exit # 28 (Ct-322, Marion/Wolcott)
2. Turn right off the exit ramp onto CT-322/Meriden Waterbury Turnpike), Continue on Ct.-322 for just .1 miles
3. Turn right onto Knotter Drive. In .5 mile, at first stop sign turn left onto West Johnson Avenue
4. We are .1 miles down on the right (at the maroon colored sign)
   after pulling in, use the first parking lot on the left, if you do not need handicapped access, suite #104

From Points South (New Haven)

1. Take I-91 North, take Exit #17 and merge with CT-15 North/Wilbur Cross Parkway
2. Take Exit #68W and merge with I-691 West toward Meriden/Waterbury
3. Get off at Exit #3 (CT-10, Milldale/Cheshire)
4. At the light at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto CT-10/Highland Ave.

HANDICAPPED ACCESS

(For those who cannot take the 5 stairs at the front entrance)

1. After turning into the entrance (at the maroon colored sign), proceed to the second parking lot on the left (Sign says Webster parking lot)
2. If door is locked please call our office at 203-272-6007
3. Take the elevator straight ahead to the first floor
4. Turn left out of elevator and follow signs to suite #104
