Dr. Smith completed her undergraduate degree at Trinity College. She completed a master’s degree and a doctoral degree in psychology at the University of Rhode Island. She completed an internship that focused on school psychology and neuropsychological assessment, through the Virginia Beach Public School System. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at the Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Jersey.
Dr. Smith has experience working in rehabilitation settings and in group private practice where she has adopted a developmental/ lifespan approach to neuropsychological assessment, evaluating children, adolescents and adults.
