Dr. McEachern-Dugre completed her undergraduate degree at Converse College. She holds master’s degrees from Lesley University and the University of Hartford. Her doctoral degree is from the University of Hartford. She completed her predoctoral internship at Utah State Hospital and remained there to complete a two-year APPCN fellowship in neuropsychology. Her postdoctoral training focused on lifespan neuropsychological assessment of individuals with severe mental illness, complex medical issues, and forensic involvement. She completed her postdoctoral research through the Brain Imaging and Behavior Lab at Brigham Young University.
She helped develop a clinical trial for cognitive remediation with individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia. Dr. McEachern-Dugre also co-led the development of the cognitive remediation program at USH, including the training of multidisciplinary staff on the USH model. She provided training for doctoral interns and colleagues on culturally competent assessment, assessment of individuals with intellectual disabilities, and the use of effort measures. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Antioch University of New England and Springfield College. Dr. McEachern-Dugre evaluates children, adolescents, and adults.
